  3. I have never liked the whole gym environment but certainly needed to have more exercise. As an older person, I came to the first Zumba class afraid that I wouldn't be able to keep up. However, there were people of all ages and next to me a lady of 75, so I thought if she can do it.... The hour goes so quickly and I find that I have a smile on my face throughout. The music is great, Alexis explains the movements so that even someone without great co-ordination like me can do them. In short, a really good hour's workout that's fun to do.

  4. I wanted to lose weight and build up muscle. With Alexis' nutrition plan and weight and cardio programme I was able to achieve results in a matter of few weeks. I feel great and my friends have all commented on how much better I look. I highly recommend Alexis as a trainer as she has helped me achieve my goals and boost my confidence.

  5. Alexis is a very supportive and motivating trainer. Her programs definitely help you achieve all your goals as they are so tailor made and progress as you get stronger. Training with Alexis is thoroughly enjoyable and I really benefit from my time with her! I would definately recomment Alexis to anyone, whatever their needs!

  6. After working out by myself in the gym I felt I needed help to reach my goals. Not only is my training with Alexis very effective, I really enjoy my sessions with her and always leave feeling great!

    Her tailor-made programmes concentrate on exactly what I need and the difference I've seen since training with Alexis is amazing!

  7. After 2 children and 33 years of little regular exercise (except for PE classes which I tried to skip!) I found Zumba. I love it - an hour of loud music, dancing and fun - not thinking about anything else but the beat and burning calories at the same time. 2 years later, I am at my pre babies weight ( I got there pretty quickly nd have maintained it easlily) and much fitter than I have ever been. I never thought I would love exercise - and I am signing up for personal training too since Alexis is so fab. My Zumba time is often some of my best time of the week! Did I mention that I love Zumba?! Thank you Alexis!!

  8. I wanted to see more tone, definition and shed some body fat! Thanks to the combination of weight training, kettlebells and circuit training programe Alexis created for me after accessing my fitness levels 'impressive' I now have a toned balanced body, increased my core strenght, greatly improved my posture and as a bonus my co-ordination has improved no-end!I think she is the most fantastic personal trainer and really knows how to get results.
