Stage 1: Consultation

  • health and fitness check
  • pinpoint your targets & goals, i.e. tone, blitz fat, gain muscle, enhance core strength

Personal training sessions are on a one-to-one, one-on-two or small group basis. This ensures you receive the attention you need, unlike large group classes, and also gives you the confidence to train within an intimate environment with no on-lookers.

Body Logic Fitness Studio
Sessions take place in our fully equipt studio in Hendon / Mill Hill East (North West London) or at a location of your choice within our areas of business.
